  • For individual additions, navigate to the user management backend. Fill in required fields: First Name, Last Name, Username, and Email Address. In the “Groups” tab, assign the user to the desired group, controlling their storefront access. Enhance your employees’ experience by setting their initial Account Balance! It’s a personalized touch for them to start enjoying our company apparel store from day one.
  •  You have two password options – communicate a set password to the employee or leave it blank for an automatic account confirmation email.
    If you opt for the latter, the system generates an account confirmation email, welcoming the new employee and displaying their username. Upon hitting “Confirm My Account,” they’ll create their own password for future logins. See an example of the confirmation email below.

Upload New Users:

  • For a more efficient process with multiple new users, use the “+ Upload New Users” button in the Users tab. Download the New Users Template, fill in details like First Name, Last Name, Username, Email Address, Balance, and Group on one page. The same password logic applies, offering flexibility and efficiency. You can save this file as a .csv file type and upload this file into the backend of the store!
