Store Sales Managers Wanted
NE Wisconsin: Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, De Pere, Green Bay
We are looking for qualified candidates to open additional retail outlets throughout Northeast Wisconsin and beyond. Priority locations include Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, De Pere, Green Bay, or any communities that can sustain our business model. Each store consists of a store manager and an assistant store manager.
What sets us apart is the commitment to growth via our unique retail store business model which allows us to focus on local markets. Our retail outlets provide customers with a convenient way to purchase custom apparel, promotional products, signs, banners and business printing. In addition, our stores have a large selection of local high school apparel and gifts that consumers can walk in and purchase “off the rack.”
Candidates MUST have a great deal of connections within the school district. Ideal Store Sales Managers include past district teachers, athletic or extra-curricular coaches, activity directors and/or spouses that coach or team with the district. If you have the connections in your school district, this job is a perfect fit!
Previous ordering of spirit wear, athletic apparel is a plus!
Duties include:
– Sales & Customer Service
– Phone, Email & Walkin Customers
– Quoting and Followup
– Exceeding Store Sales Goals
– Order Entry
– Managing the Retail Store- Inventory Replenishment
– Retail Check-Out Counter Sales
– Outbound Sales Calls
